QuickCart is a software application that helps users plan, track, and manage shopping lists and carts. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our digital services.
Physical products: Not applicable. QuickCart does not fulfill or manage physical product orders. If you plan purchases with external retailers, any order, shipping, or returns are handled by those third parties under their policies.
Digital purchases (Pro features): Certain features may require a purchase. Once activated, access is delivered digitally within the app. Refunds for digital purchases are generally not offered, but may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis where required by applicable law.
How refunds (if approved) are processed: Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method via our payment partners. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Billing issues or unauthorized charges: If you believe there is an error or unauthorized charge, please contact us promptly so we can review your case.
